LUNA supports a variety of chart styles that let you customize the display of your wheels. You can combine the following rings together by going into your Settings and selecting the option that has the ones you want:
Primary Rings
- House Cusps This ring shows the zodiac sign glyph and degree of the house cusp. It’s typically used in combination with a quadrant house system and often not needed with the Whole Sign house system.
- Zodiac Signs This ring shows the zodiac sign glyph on a colored background to indicate the area (or “wedge”) of the chart that the particular sign occupies. This ring is typically used when using the Whole Sign house system, but is also very useful for any other house system.
Dignity Rings
- Decans LUNA supports the following types of decans (also known as decanates or faces). Each can be combined with the House Cusps ring listed above and automatically display with the Zodiac Signs ring:
- Traditional
- Modern
- Terms LUNA supports the following types of terms (also known as bounds). Each can be combined with the House Cusps ring listed above and automatically display with the Zodiac Signs ring:
- Chaldean
- Egyptian
- Houlding
- Ptolemaic
- Twelfth Parts LUNA supports adding a Twelfth Parts (also known as dwads or duads) ring. This can be combined with the House Cusps ring listed above and automatically displays with the Zodiac Signs ring.
